Republic Foil, Inc., a manufacturer of high quality aluminum foil for over 60 years, announces the availability of aluminum foil in roll widths up to 60" in 7 and 9 micron gauge. Tempers are available in H19 or O. Republic Foil specializes in the quick delivery of small quantities of specialty aluminum foil. This wider foil will be attractive to converters with short run, quick turn jobs, to flexible packaging makers, to cryogenic vacuum jacket insulation producers and users of other foil applications where tight control of specifications is important. Republic Foil has installed a 60" wide Kampf duplex slitter, and it has upgraded its furnaces to handle up to 60" wide foil.

In house slitting and heat treat facilities enable Republic Foil to meet special requirements such as oil-free foil for converters, for cryogenic vacuum jackets and for interior chamber lining of CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) machines.
