Lancaster, PA – Fillmore Container introduces the three-piece Econo Lock Airlock for fermenting products in mason jars. Perfect for a beginning fermenter, this Airlock product takes some of the guesswork out of the fermenting process and is easy to assemble.
Whether fermenting vegetables, sauerkraut or beverages, the Airlock aids in the process. The Airlock creates a closed fermenting system when paired with a stopper and proper container (such as a mason jar) and allows the CO2 to escape but does not allow air back in to contaminate the fermenting products.
The Econo Lock Airlock fits the Rubber Stopper # 6 and the reCap Pour Caps to turn any mason jar into a fermenting vessel. The three plastic pieces come apart easily for cleaning between uses and is easy to assemble. This product is made in Canada.
