AFS-50 Air Filtration System for Supplied Air Respirators



The new AFS-50 Air Filtration System by ENMET is designed to provide workers with Grade D breathing air from a compressor. The AFS-50 system incorporates a two-stage prefilter/coalescer, which removes oil, water, and solid particles, followed by an adsorber which removes unpleasant odor and tastes from the supplied air. The coalescer is a high-efficiency filter that removes oil mist and fine (sub-micron) particles. The AFS-50 has 50 CFM capacity and is equipped with 4 outlet ports for connection to supplied-air respirators. The AFS-50 is compatible with a variety of ENMET carbon monoxide and oxygen monitors. The system is compact and can be supplied in a transit case or on a wall-mount plate, with or without a CO/02 monitor. AFS-50 system is pictured with optional monitor.
