SAN JOSE, Calif., March 13 -- Agile Software Corporation (NASDAQ:AGIL), a leading provider of product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions, today recognized a significant series of achievements by its small and medium enterprise (SME) Business Solutions Division during its first eighteen months of operation. The speed and scope of these accomplishments demonstrate Agile's ongoing commitment to and investment in SME customers, and further strengthens the PLM company's leadership position in the important SME market place.

Since being established in October 2005, specifically to serve the needs of small and medium enterprises, the SME Business Solutions Division has:

o Released two major new products: Agile continues to leverage its
market leadership and expertise at the enterprise level to create
solutions tailored to specifically meet the needs of the small and
medium enterprise.
- Agile Advantage 2005, a comprehensive suite of PLM solutions uniquely

electronics and high-tech, medical devices, consumer packaged goods,
and industrial products. Moreover, customer adoption has rapidly
expanded beyond North America. In recent quarters, implementations of
Agile Advantage have been completed in China, France, Italy,
Switzerland, Australia, and Israel.

are supported by an expanded roster of reseller partners in major world
markets, including GoEngineer, Doman Systems, J-Squared Technologies,
CADD Edge, TriMech Solutions, and Zero Wait-State in North America;
