Adhesive Transfer Film for High Temperature Electronic, Industrial and Automotive Applications



Windsor, Connecticut - July 27, 2005.... Scapa North America has introduced Unifilm® U800B an unsupported acrylic adhesive transfer film that performs extremely well in end use applications requiring high temperature resistance.

Unifilm U800B offers an excellent balance of tack and peel, and maintains excellent shear properties at temperatures greater than 200ºC. Designed for use on flexible printed circuits (FPC), LCD assembly, and EMI shield bonding, this adhesive is also ideal in high temperature industrial bonding and automotive assembly.

This acrylic transfer film is 2.0 mils thick, and is supplied on a variety of printed and non printed stay flat release liners. U800B adheres well to a variety of metals and plastics including polyimide, polyester and ABS.
