Accenx Technologies Brings Healthcare IT Solutions to HIMSS08 Interoperability Showcase

IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 19 -- Accenx Technologies, Inc., a leading company in electronic medical records (EMR) interoperability and health data integration solutions, announced today its participation at the Leadership Level in the HIMSS 2008 Interoperability Showcases, located in the Interoperability Showcase Exhibit area (Booth #7363) of the Orange County Convention Center.
The 2008 Interoperability Showcase will be set up as a HIMSS Health Information Exchange (HIE) based environment. Clinical scenarios with enhanced privacy and security will be enabled by the standards-based Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) framework.
The 52 vendors -- including Accenx Technologies -- and more than 74 clinical information systems will come together to build this secure HIE that supports a patient-centric clinical workflow. This year, Accenx Technologies will be demonstrating its Healthcare Information Exchange (HIE) technology solution, RyTRAK HIE, a proven platform for integrating with EMR systems to exchange demographic and clinical data between the hospital and physicians.
