Richardson RFPD Introduces Nine New SP6T, SP8T and SP12T Absorptive Switches from Peregrine
Covering up to 9 kHz to 8 GHz, the new high throw-count switches are designed for wireless infrastructure, test and measurement, and harsh industrial applications.
Richardson RFPD, Inc. announced today the availability and full design support capabilities for nine new UltraCMOS® SP6T, SP8T and SP12T absorptive switches from Peregrine Semiconductor Corporation.
The PE42462, PE42482 and PE42412 feature high port-to-port isolation, high linearity, low insertion loss and exceptional power handling. They are optimized for 4G and 4.5G wireless infrastructure switching applications such as robust digital pre-distortion (DPD) loops, filter banks and transmit/ receive (T/R) paths signal routing. These devices cover a frequency range from 10 MHz to 8 GHz, which also makes them ideal for 5 GHz LTE Licensed Assisted Access (LAA) and LTE WiFi Link Aggregation (LWA).
