A.T. Wall utilizes a unique manufacturing process involving hydraulic press forming of nickel alloy plate circles into cups, followed by traditional tube annealing, cold drawing, and cutting to size. A.T. Wall is the only side wall frames manufacturer capable of producing Kovar® tubular frames through this process. The company also offers a number of secondary operations, including
lap grinding and sidewall hole piercing.
A.T. Wall offers an industry-leading array of materials, shapes and sizes. Materials include nickel-iron alloys, carbon steel stainless steel and copper. Shapes include squares, rectangles, rounds and custom shapes. A.T. Wall's side wall frames are offered in wall thicknesses from 0.010" to 0.25", outside dimensions (length x width) from 0.062" x 0.032" to 4" x 2", and heights from 0.025" to 2".
