Zone4Play and Two Way Media Intend to Turn the Winner Channel Into an Independent Betting Operator

WILMINGTON, Delaware, September 18-- Zone4Play, Inc. ("Zone4Play" or the "Company") (OTCBB: ZFPI.OB -News), a leading developer of gaming technology and Two Way Media Ltd, a leading interactive television company, announced their intention to form a privately held company to house their consumer betting brand, "The Winner Channel".

The Winner Channel platform has been operating in the UK for a year and has launched services on TV, the mobile and on the internet - providing customers opportunities to be on all platforms from a single account. In its first year of operation the platform has established a strong presence in the UK market. It operates own brand and white label gambling services for leading UK media companies including ntl:, the Sun Newspaper, Channel 4, Five, Teletext and Flextech Television, among others.

The two companies have used the previous 12 months to establish the technical and commercial infrastructure necessary to operate cross platform products. The new vehicle intends to capitalize on this, focusing on high end entertainment TV betting, using the television as the primary means of acquiring customers that can then be monetized through its other platforms. The two founding companies have deemed the first year of operations a major success, with over 30,000 users registering at a customer acquisition cost of less than $25 per user - proving the use of TV as rich marketing medium for gambling products.

"The Winner Channel is poised for tremendous growth" commented Shimon Citron, CEO and Founder of Zone4Play, "The combination of the two companies' unique technology and distribution channels, together with the forthcoming changes in UK gaming legislation puts Winner in a prime position to dominate the nascent TV betting market".

Jean de Fougerolles, CEO of Two Way Media feels that "with consumers growing wary of the hazy elements of traditional CallTV, the transactional TV industry needs to either move towards more transparent skill based games or clearly regulated betting propositions. This partnership will allow the company to meet the growing demand from the UK's leading broadcasters and content owners for innovative and entertaining betting products designed for a mass market.
