Year-Long Recall of T5 High Output Fluorescent Lamps to End June 30, 2007


Salisbury, N.C. - April 25: Shat-R-Shield is announcing the near completion of the recall period for their T5 High-Output fluorescent lamps. Due to possible inefficiencies of the coating material, this recall affects only the Shat-R-Shield T5HO fluorescent lamps manufactured prior to August 31, 2005. The recall period, which has lasted more than 12 months, will end after June 30, 2007. End-users and distributors are encouraged to contact their sales representative or Shat-R-Shield customer services immediately concerning lamps subject to the recall.
