With Expansion of Responsibilities and Organization, Hassia USA Changes Name to IWKA Packaging USA

MORGANVILLE, NJ - Hassia USA, which encompasses the sales and service support for the A+F Automation and Gasti product lines, has combined all of their sales and service organizations under the new corporate name, IWKA Packaging USA.
According to Charles E. Ravalli, President and CEO of IWKA Packaging USA,
this change in structure will enable IWKA Packaging USA to seamlessly offer numerous alternative packaging solutions and integrated systems, while increasing the depth of its after-market services.
"IWKA Packaging USA reinforces the strength and position of IWKA Packaging Group as a global market leader in the packaging machinery industry," Mr. Ravalli said.
"In addition to enhancing IWKA presence, we are extending the commitment to our customers by combining all of the U.S. Sales and Service personnel of these three IWKA companies to provide all of our customers with the increased level of service and support that they have to come to expect from us in the past.
"It is important to note that all existing personnel and products will remain the same under our new name, as we carry forward the tradition of excellence that we have developed in the U.S. and Canadian markets," he explained.
Hassia machines include thermoform, sachet, pouch, and aseptic packaging machinery and in-mold labeling systems for the food and confectionery, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
A+F Automation end-of-line packaging solutions include innovative casepackers, palletizing systems, tray erectors, twin-axis robots, accumulators and conveyors that define flexibility and are custom designed to meet customers' specific needs.
Gasti equipment includes innovative pre-formed cup filling and sealing machines and extended shelf-life packaging systems.
