Websense Announces Winners of First Annual All-Star Partner Awards

16 Channel Partners throughout the Americas Recognized at Websense Partner Event
SAN DIEGO, July 13 -- Websense, Inc. (NASDAQ:WBSN), today announced winners of its first annual All-Star Partner Awards at the Websense Partner Conference at the Lake Las Vegas Resort in Henderson, Nev. Websense awarded only 16 out of more than 2,000 Websense channel partners in the Americas.
"Our channel partners play a critical role in our strategy and success," said David Roberts, senior vice president of Americas Sales, Websense. "Today we're honoring the channel partners who have gone above and beyond in helping us reach our business goals and deliver innovative Web security and information leak prevention solutions to our mutual customers."
All-stars in the United States include: Accuvant, Business Security Solutions (BSSI), Burwood Group, CDW, Evolve Technology Group, Fishnet Security, Insight Enterprises, Inc., K logix, MTM Technologies, and Technology Integration Group (TIG). In Latin America, Axcom de Costa Rica, Etek International Holding Corp. Colombia, Net Connection and Onlinet SA de CV took home awards. In Canada, top honors went to MTS Allstream Inc. and Telus.
Websense awarded channel partners based on a variety of criteria including billings, transactions and percent of new business between April 1, 2006 and March 31, 2007. Additional criteria included sales certifications, engineering certifications, product competencies and commitment to Websense.
