Joint Offering Leverages Both Company's Resources to Provide Enterprises With a Fixed-Fee, Turnkey Alternative to Maintaining Systems In-House
ATLANTA, Nov. 14 - Integration World 2005 -- webMethods, Inc. (NASDAQ:WEBM), a leading business integration and optimization software company, and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a leading global IT services provider, today jointly introduced a turnkey, fixed-fee and SLA-backed service for outsourcing the production support and maintenance requirements associated with maintaining an enterprise's webMethods Fabric(TM) implementation. By minimizing or eliminating these operational requirements, enterprises can lower their total cost of ownership while improving the performance and predictability that these systems deliver. The announcement was made at webMethods' annual user conference, Integration World, where TCS is serving as a premier-level, Platinum sponsor of the event.
