Visionael Achieves Record Growth in 2005

International Expansion Bolsters Base of Global Customers and Partners

PALO ALTO, Calif., April 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Visionael Corp., a leading provider of technology asset management software and services, today announced record-breaking results for fiscal year 2005, with annual revenue growing over 50 percent. In Europe, the company experienced 300 percent growth in 2005. During the year, Visionael grew its client base by 25 percent, and significantly expanded its global partner base of system integrators, managed service providers and network outsourcers. The company released an updated version of its flagship product -- Network Resource Manager (NRM) -- and gained significant momentum in the United States and Europe.

"2005 was a terrific year for Visionael, and we achieved our sixth consecutive quarter of record sales and profit," said Craig Nichols, CEO of Visionael. "The feedback from our customers during our annual customer advisory meeting last November reaffirms that the current business climate requires businesses to have visibility of all aspects of their operations. Our software and services allow carriers, service providers, network outsourcers and large enterprises to make better decisions relating to the deployment and management of their business-critical networking resources."

In 2005, the company continued to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, with more than 90 percent of its customer base renewing or expanding their agreements. It also signed with customers across a range of industries, including leaders in network outsourcing, mobile telephony, cable, DSL, healthcare and financial markets. Visionael now counts many of the world's largest companies as customers, including six of the top network outsourcers. To address the challenges that come with rapid growth and to ensure its future success, Visionael added to its management team in 2005 with the following industry veterans:

o Warren Bell, vice president of North American sales, who previously
headed sales for Collation Inc., Back Web, Remedy Corporation, Altos,
Software Publishing Corporation and Seagate Software.
o Laurence Malroux, general manager, EMEA and Asia Pacific, who held
international sales management positions at EDS, IBM, Gemini Consulting
and CGI Informatique. Prior to joining Visionael, she founded Sextant,
a technology marketing and business development firm with clients such
as Arthur Andersen, Mega International, Meteor Communications and
McKinsey-Apollis AG.
o Joe Prang, Visionael's board of directors, who is chairman and chief
executive officer of Conformia. Prang also serves on the board of
directors of Metreo Inc., Cardonet Inc. and Trados Inc. He has
previously mentored multiple enterprise software companies, including
Epic Design, Agile Software, Rightworks and SupplyBase.

Visionael also expanded its operations into new geographies in 2005, establishing a presence in France, Germany, the UK and Israel.
