VIEW Marks Three Decades of Precision Metrology
Simi Valley, CA, March 09, 2006 - VIEW Engineering, Inc. today marked its 30th anniversary as a leader in the design and manufacture of high-precision measurement and inspection systems for process monitoring and quality assurance. Over the past 30 years, thousands of VIEW systems have been installed throughout the world, serving a wide range of industries.
A pioneer in non-contact metrology, VIEW introduced the world's first commercial measurement instrument using video technology, the VIEW RB-1, in 1976. Over the years, VIEW has become known for innovations in key technologies such as machine vision, lighting methods, image processing, pattern recognition, user-interface/programming software, and precision motion capabilities.
