Victaulic to Open Great Lakes Branch

New facility will provide streamlined service to the region

Victaulic, the world's leading manufacturer of mechanical pipe joining systems, announced today the opening of its Great Lakes Branch in Aurora, Illinois.

The new 62,000-square-foot facility will expand branch capabilities and provide increased stocking capabilities to service product needs quickly and efficiently. The Great Lakes Branch brings together two current regional Victaulic locations, namely Detroit and Chicago. The new branch will provide service to this larger area from one location with the same next day service capabilities that customers rely on. This new location also features an additional 25,000 square feet as compared to both the Detroit and Chicago branches combined.

"Victaulic has always taken pride in serving our customers quickly and efficiently," said Gary Moore, executive vice president of Victaulic. "In opening the new Great Lakes facility, we have enhanced our delivery and service to the entire region, and improved our ability to stock and service product needs."

The new branch is open for business as of November 10, and will continue to carry the general Victaulic product line. This includes couplings, fittings, valves, accessories and tools. The complete FireLock® product offering is available, as are the Advanced Grove System (AGS) products and pipe preparation tools.
