Verso Reschedules Fourth Quarter 2007 Conference Call to March 27, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time

ATLANTA, Mar 13, 2008 - Verso Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:VRSO), a global provider of next generation network solutions, announced today that it will reschedule the release of its fourth quarter 2007 earnings and the related conference call previously scheduled for later today in order to provide additional time for the company to finish closing its financial records for the fourth quarter of 2007 and for the company's independent auditors to complete the audit of the company's financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2007. The company will now hold its conference call on March 27, 2008, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The call-in numbers and codes have not changed.

Investors may also listen to a live webcast of the call which can be accessed through the investor section of the Verso website, www.verso.com.
