The announcement was made by Company President Jeffrey Reid Powers, who said the new facility marks the firm's first entry into Asia and is indicative of the increasing impact Powers is making throughout the world. "Approximately one-third of sales are in markets outside the United States where Powers now has two locations in Canada, eight in Australia and New Zealand, one in Venezuela and one in the Netherlands," he added.

Mr. Powers pointed out that the new 10,000 square-foot facility is located at 80/89 M004 Petchakasem Road in Bangkae, Bangkok, and will be headed by Managing Director Charlee Surakavanichakorn.
