BOXBOROUGH, Mass., Sept. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Crossbeam Systems®, Inc., the leader in unified threat management (UTM) for the world's largest networks, today announced that it has opened an office in Ramat-Gan, Israel to serve its growing Israeli customer base, including Israel's Military Of Defense (MOD), Bank Leumi, Clal Insurance, Phoenix Insurance and Cellcom.

Noam Amit has been appointed Regional Director for Crossbeam Israel. Amit has more than 10 years experience in the network communications market. Prior to joining Crossbeam Israel, he worked for Taldor Communications, formerly Motorola Information Systems, where he was a financial sector manager responsible for networking and security technology sales to large banks, insurance companies and to the Israel MOD.
