BRUNSWICK, OH - Tru-Cut Saw, Inc. has expanded its in-house PVD coating capabilities and established a separate division, ICO Surface Coatings, to provide high quality coating services for tool manufacturers and suppliers.

ICO Surface Coatings offers PVD coating and re-coating services for all types new and used tools:

Equipped with state-of-the-art coating chambers and carrousels, ICO offers both standard and special surface treatments. Standard PVD coatings are: TiN, TiCN, TiCN MP and AlTiN.
Special and tool-specific coatings can be individually tailored to customer specifications.
ICO's coating equipment handles part sizes up to 1000 mm OD x 700mm. The company welcomes high volume orders as well as small rush jobs. Normal turn around is 3-4 days on most orders.
