Thin Metal Parts Expands, Moves to New Facility

Also Launches New Website

Specialty manufacturer offers full range of production capabilities

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado - March 31, 2008 - Thin Metal Parts (TMP) recently moved into a new facility, located at 4733 Centennial Boulevard in Colorado Springs. The larger space allows TMP to expand its product offering, as well as services and capabilities. In addition to increasing its physical space, TMP has also upgraded its virtual real estate with a new, user-friendly and informative website.

"We have taken advantage of the move and upgraded several of our internal processes," explains Craig Spitzfaden, president of Thin Metal Parts. "For example, we used a waste water management system that we shared with a sister company, but the move enabled us to upgrade to our own custom-designed, state-of-the-art system. Our photolithographic facilities now have upgraded clean room status, as well as benefits from the addition of industry-leading plotting equipment."

The new location gives TMP more space to add equipment, as well as additional personnel.

Website Launch
Thin Metal Parts also has a new website. The site offers easy-to-find information about its processes and products, as well as a way to obtain free samples for qualified customers. The site features TMP's extensive products and services. To see the site, complete with new look-and-feel, go to www.thinmetalparts.com.

Available processes
TMP's manufacturing processes include electroforming, chemical etching, laser cutting and photo plotting - and can be used individually or combined to produce encoders (metal, glass and Mylar(TM)), RF shields, electroformed mesh, sieves, lead frames, calibration tools or any custom thin metal product. As a result, Thin Metal Parts offers customers high-quality custom products at reasonable prices.

"Our goal is to cater to the very specific needs of each customer," states Spitzfaden. "With our multiple process offerings, we are able to recommend the optimum process technology with no bias, resulting in the highest quality and most cost-effective solution."
