The Mircom Group of Companies Acquires Durham Central Fire Systems
VAUGHAN, ON, May 31, 2016 - The Mircom Group of Companies ("Mircom") and Durham Central Fire Systems ("DCFS") are pleased to announce that DCFS has been acquired by Mircom, as of June 1, 2016.
DCFS has served the Ontario fire detection, alarm and services market for over 20 years. The acquisition strengthens both companies by adding sales and service synergies and greater capacity to serve the growing Greater Toronto Area market. John Sproviero, President of DCFS, will assume the role of Branch Sales Manager, Greater Toronto Area, for Mircom.
