Telamon Corporation Acquires Rizzo Consulting Inc.
CARMEL, INDIANA – Â Telamon Corporation, a service-based organization that simplifies business in the telecom, energy management, industrial assembly, business process outsourcing and telehealth industries, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Rizzo Consulting Inc. Telamon’s Telecom Solutions division will be the new home of Rizzo Consulting Inc.
Telamon’s Telecom Solutions division delivers turnkey solutions to its Fortune 500 customers in the following areas: material distribution, preconfigured equipment, engineering and installation, and commissioning and integration.
Rizzo Consulting Inc. is headquartered in Rolling Meadows, Illinois and was founded in 2001. Since then, Rizzo has grown into a leading expert in the wireless industry by offering comprehensive turn-key engineering, project management, and installation services in the fields of in-building DAS, radio frequency engineering, and site services.
Stanley Chen, Telamon’s COO, explained that this acquisition was a strategic growth decision. “Telamon is one of the few true turnkey services firms in the sector, and the addition of the Rizzo skillset further complements the portfolio that Telamon customers can benefit from.”
Telamon’s acquisition of Rizzo will not affect any current operations at either company’s facilities. It will be “business as usual” with the exception of the name change to Telamon. “In addition to the strategic fit, Telamon is excited about the cultural fit.
