Telamon CEO To Be Inducted Into Central Indiana Business Hall of Fame

Indianapolis, IN - The Junior Achievement of Central Indiana, Inc. recently announced the 2013 Laureates for its 25th annual Central Indiana Business Hall of Fame event, presented by Crowe Horwath LLP. The Laureates are Elaine E. Bedel, Founder and President of Bedel Financial Consulting, Inc.; Donald E. Brown M.D., Co-founder, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Interactive Intelligence; Albert Chen, Chairman and CEO of Telamon Corporation; and Rollin Dick, Consultant with MH Equity Investors. The Chair of the 2013 event will be Forrest Lucas, Founder and CEO of Lucas Oil Products.

The Central Indiana Business Hall of Fame was established in 1989 by the Junior Achievement Board of Directors to honor outstanding men and women who epitomize success in the business world, high moral and ethical standards, and dedication to important civic causes, thereby improving the quality of life in the community.

The 2013 Central Indiana Business Hall of Fame Laureates will be honored at a black tie event to be held on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at the Indiana Roof Ballroom.

Jennifer Burk, JA's President and CEO, said, "Our goal is two fold at the Hall of Fame event: to honor those Central Indiana business persons who are champions of free enterprise and are business role models to the youth of the community, and to spotlight the importance of providing financial literacy, work-readiness and entrepreneurship programs to today's students."

Since its inception, the event has inducted 99 laureates into the Central Indiana Business Hall of Fame.
