LOGAN, UT - September 27, 2006 - Scientific Technologies, Inc. (STI) has sold its Automation Products Group to Automation Products Group, Inc. (APG), a new company formed as a result of STI Safety Products Group's recent merger with a subsidiary of Japan-based Omron Corporation.
"This change will be completely transparent for Automation Products Group, Inc. customers, and they can expect the same level of high quality automation products and services that they have come to depend on over the years," says Jim Vella, APG President.
