The agreement, which takes effect May 1, will give Premier's more than 1,500 hospitals and nearly 45,000 other healthcare sites access to Standard Register's full portfolio of enterprise document solutions and services - including healthcare documents, the SMARTworks® Clinical Enterprise for automating document workflow, digital and offset printing, and fulfillment services. Members can also benefit from SMARTworks powerful e-procurement and print-management applications. Standard Register will also provide consulting and training in cost management, standardization and process improvement, and planning for electronic medical record (EMR) readiness.
