Square D/Schneider Electric Announces Ratification of New Three-Year Labor Agreement

Palatine, Ill. (USA), September 22, 2008 -Square D/Schneider Electric announced today all nine bargaining units located at seven of its manufacturing facilities in the United States have ratified a new three-year labor contract. The contract was ratified in local union votes taken over the past few days. Negotiations for the contract involved three international unions: the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM&AW), the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT).
