Siemens, BCE Elix, and Viecore Gain Genesys Gold Partner Certification


Siemens and BCE Elix achieved Genesys Suite Certification, and Viecore completed GVP Certification for Voice Self Service Platform

SAN FRANCISCO, May 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc., an Alcatel company, (NYSE: ALA; Paris: CGEP.PA) today announced that the first three partners have achieved Gold Certification. Since Genesys launched the certification program in December of last year for resellers, developers, and systems integration partners, 17 key partners have initiated the certification process.

Viecore, which specializes in voice self service, is Gold Certified for Genesys Voice Platform to provide installation, application development, maintenance and support. In addition, Siemens and BCE Elix are the first two Genesys Gold Certified Suite partners across the Genesys platform. Both Siemens and BCE Elix have demonstrated a significant level of expertise across the entire product line including CTI and contact routing of all media types. The Suite Certification required extensive testing of product and functional expertise for Inbound Voice, Outbound, Email, Web Reporting, Workforce Management and the Genesys Voice Platform.

o A proven history of customer implementations within the past two years

o A full lab system in place for all Genesys products certified and
supported
o Extensive employee training for all Genesys products certified and
supported
o Professional Services methodologies and best practices in place and
adhered to
o Technical Support infrastructure, personnel and practices in place

Gold Certified Partners gain recognition for their expertise and commitment by qualifying for use of the Genesys-approved logo, receiving exposure and branding through the Genesys Partner directory. In addition, Gold Certified Partners also receive marketing benefits, technical tools, and enablement services provided only to Gold partners.
