Sekisui Voltek Renames Recently Acquired Youngbo America
LAWRENCE, Mass. (October 27, 2006) - Sekisui Voltek, a part of the worldwide network of Sekisui companies, has renamed the recently acquired Youngbo America, Inc., to Sekisui Voltek California, Inc. Sekisui Voltek LLC acquired the California corporation in July, 2006.
The name change is intended to incorporate the Youngbo America brand into the globally recognized Sekisui brand, and to capitalize on the strong North American brand name of Voltek products. Additionally, the name change strengthens Sekisui Voltek's presence on the West Coast.
As a member of the Sekisui family, Sekisui Voltek California will have access to a global supply of products and to significant research and development capabilities.

Sekisui Voltek California will supply West Coast markets with the highest quality cross-linked polyolefin foams manufactured by both Sekisui Voltek LLC in Massachusetts and Michigan, and by Youngbo Chemical Company in Korea.
