Schréder Appoints Boston Light Source as Commercial Sales Agency in Massachusetts and Rhode Island
Elk Grove Village, Illinois - To help deliver "The Right Light" by offering high-performance, technological solutions that make sense throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Schréder Lighting US General Manager John Camp has named Boston Light Source as its Boston-based specification and architectural lighting sales agency.

Boston Light Source was founded in November 1977 by Paul Chabot and Rudy Hopfgarten at a time when Boston was beginning an urban construction Renaissance. The agency's involvement with the Quincy Market Project helped to revitalize the waterfront area and encouraged the company to establish an office location on historical Commercial Wharf. In 1991 Mr. Hopfgartent retired and Fred Moynihan became a new Principal in the agency. In 2004 Ted Farnham joined Paul and Fred as our third principal.
