SAKOR Technologies Selected to Join Council of Great Lakes Governors Quebec Trade Mission 2015
Mission to focus on identifying trading partners to expand sales and service
SAKOR Technologies, Inc., a recognized leader in the implementation of instrumentation products for dynamometer testing, announces that it has been selected to participate in the Council of Great Lakes Governors Québec Trade Mission 2015. The international trade mission will take place in Montréal from June 14-17, 2015, in conjunction with the Governors’ and Premiers’ Leadership Summit to be held in Québec City from June 12-14, 2015.
Organized by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) in cooperation with the United States Department of Commerce, the mission is focused on assisting small to medium sized companies from the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence region export products and services.
Bob McFarland, SAKOR’s Director of Business Development, has also been chosen to participate in the Governor’s Roundtable organized as part of the mission. The Roundtable is an exclusive 6-persongroup organized to showcase Michigan businesses and highlight available business capabilities.
As part of the trade mission, SAKOR will participate in a number of meetings with prospective clients identified by MDEC, particularly in the aerospace market. SAKOR will build upon its existing Canadian customer base, which includes the University of Sherbrook in conjunction with Bombardier motorcycle, the National Research Council of Canada (NRCC) and a General Motors division.
