RT Systems Receives Order to Provide Warehouse Control System for Managing Inventory for Jack Williams Tire Company
RT Systems, Inc. has received an order to install our Warehouse Management System, RT LOCATOR, for Jack Williams Tire Company, located in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Jack Williams was established in 1929, and has grown over the years to now include 26 retail locations in Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania, and distributes many brands of tires, wheels, and auto parts. In addition, they have many wholesale clients. A new major expansion to their warehouse is currently being built. RT Systems will provide the RT LOCATOR system to control their inventory within their distribution center, from receiving through shipping. Intermec RF terminals will be used to provide the real time RF terminal control.
Founded in 1989, RT Systems, Inc. produces, markets, and supports a customizable warehouse management system, called RT LOCATOR, utilizing bar code automatic identification and radio frequency (RF) communications. RT LOCATOR runs on Windows 2003/XP, and utilizes either the Microsoft SQL Server or Sybase SQL Studio Anywhere DBMS.
