Robroy Enclosures® –- manufacturers of Stahlin®: the world's most specified fiberglass electrical enclosures; and AttaBox®: innovative polycarbonate industrial enclosures –- has announced the hiring of Bonnie Mroczek as its new Human Resources Manager.
For the past 13 years, Ms. Mroczek was an integral team member at Butterball Farms, Inc. in Grand Rapids, serving on the executive team as well as leading the Human Resources team. During her tenure the organization was named a “Best and Brightest” employer in West Michigan as well as nationally, and was honored with the “People First Award” from McDonald’s Corporation. Additional professional experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources for Pennock Hospital and Human Resources Manager for Magna International.
Ms. Mroczek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. She has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources(SPHR) since 2007 and SHRM-SCP since 2015. Additionally, Ms. Mroczek is a member of the Community Action Committee for the Gerald R. Ford Job Corps, former Chairperson of the Executive Board at The SOURCE and volunteers at several organizations including Relay for Life, In the Image, God’s Kitchen, Kids Food Basket and the Ronald McDonald House.
