RLF/Ellerbe Becket, Veterans Administration Utilize ProjectDox Collaboration Platform To Coordinate $350 Million Orlando Medical Center Planning, Construction

SCOTTSDALE, Arizona - May 2, 2006 Informative Graphics Corporation (IGC), a leader in content visualization, secure publishing and collaboration technology, announced today that Ellerbe Becket, a global leader in architecture, engineering and construction headquartered in Minneapolis, MN, has selected IGC's ProjectDox(TM) communication and collaboration platform to help manage planning and construction of the new $350 million VA Orlando Medical Center.

Ellerbe Becket, a seasoned veteran in medical facility planning and construction for the VA, created a joint venture with RLF - a leading architecture, engineering and design firm based in Winter Park, Florida and designers of the existing Orlando VA Hospital - to provide the VA with a very strong and winning project management team. The two companies have worked together successfully on other Central Florida healthcare facility projects, including the Walt Disney Memorial Cancer Institute, also in Orlando.

"ProjectDox allows the design team to communicate and maintain close coordination with the significant number of principals, contractors and subcontractors who will converge over a multi-year period to complete the project," said Principal Mike Hnastchenko, Director of Technology at Ellerbe Becket. "Having a flexible, easy-to-use system that helps us control costs and maintain optimal control over project assets gives us a real advantage in meeting all of our objectives - ProjectDox fits the bill," he added.

The design team will provide programming, planning, architecture, interiors, engineering, medical equipment planning, environmental graphics, MEP, sustainable design and construction administration services for the VA project. The 1.158 million square foot facility will incorporate 134 inpatient beds, expanded outpatient services, a nursing home and a domiciliary. The project is slated for completion in 2010.

"On a large, extended project such as this, timely team communication that utilizes best project management practices and is supported by a tool and technology that is easy to use by all project stakeholders is critical. ProjectDox is helping improve our project management processes and also helps us achieve our goals, which includes providing the best possible healthcare facility for our Veterans," said Bil Catron, Senior Project Management Professional (PMP) for the project.
