Reconnex Hosts the Largest Compilation of Insider Threat Data and Experts During the Upcoming RSA Conference

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Feb. 13 -- Reconnex, the proven standard in Enterprise Risk Management solutions, announced today that it will issue the latest edition of its Insider Threat Index(TM) during the RSA Conference 2006, held in San Jose, California, February 13-17. Reconnex will also conduct a customer roundtable discussion and host a series of case- studies, featuring executives of key customers from healthcare, financial service, transportation, and technology organizations who will talk about the significance of the Insider Threat to their organization and their strategies for mitigating risks. oDan Verton Presentations and Book Signing -- In his continuing support
of Reconnex's ability to provide the only conclusive data on the
insider threat, award-winning journalist Dan Verton, author of The
Insider: A True Story, the definitive book on the insider threat, will
be speaking and signing his book in the Reconnex booth on Tuesday,
February 14 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
RSA has hand-selected Reconnex to demonstrate its iGuard content monitoring appliance -- the only solution that allows companies to see and correlate risks originating from the insider threat with 100% visibility -- at the annual Innovation Station, an event taking place Wednesday, February 15 from 12:00-1:30 p.m. in Room B1 (across from the Terrace Concourse), for privately held emerging companies with products or services designed to change the information security industry. The executives will discuss the latest findings about the nature and extent of the insider threat, gleaned from the Reconnex's February 2006 edition of its Insider Threat Index.
