QutTech SA Becomes Fusion UV Distributor

GAITHERSBURG, MD, October 28, 2005 - FUSION UV SYSTEMS, Inc. today announced that it has appointed QurTech SA as the exclusive distributor for Fusion UV systems and components in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Slovenia, Croatia, Yugoslavia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey, Cyprus and Malta. The announcement was made jointly by David Harbourne, President of Fusion UV Systems, Inc. and Oscar Della Schiava, who will have overall responsibilities for QurTech SA effective November 1, 2005.
David Harbourne, President of Fusion UV Systems said, "We are confident that this new organization will enable Fusion to further expand its business while at the same time will make us better able to increase our customer's satisfaction with our state-of-the-art UV curing equipment. Additionally, we will be even more responsive to the growing list of new customers using Fusion UV equipment."
QurTech will start operations in December and will be fully operational by January 1, 2006. The new organization will be responsible for the sales, service and distribution of Fusion UV systems in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Slovenia, Croatia, Yugoslavia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, and Malta.
Oscar Della Schiava, Managing Director added, "QurTech will have regional managers to cover sales and marketing in France, Italy and Spain and in the future Turkey. The former team of Quantum Technologies in Milan, Italy, who have represented Fusion UV since 1992, will provide technical and engineering support. Beginning November 1, 2005, and until QurTech is fully operational, sales of parts and systems, invoicing and technical support for France, Spain and Portugal will be handled on an interim basis by Quantum Technologies."
