Qtel has implemented Visto's market-leading Visto Mobile(TM) platform to offer Qtel Mobile Email Service, its own branded mobile email offering, to its fast growing subscriber base.
Qtel's Mobile Email service provides busy mobile professionals with a choice of 27 mobile handsets with which to send and receive email on the move, access and update their desktop calendar, and search their contacts - safely and securely, and without having to make any adjustments to the corporate firewall. The new Qtel mobile email service is already available on Symbian-powered UIQ, Nokia Series 60 and Series 80 devices, and also Pocket PCs and Smartphones that use Windows Mobile, with more handsets to be launched in the near future.
