Cincinnati, OH - QC Industries recently extended the warranty on all new conveyors to five years, making it the best warranty in the low profile conveyor industry. This is another step in QC Industries' initiative to reduce customer maintenance costs.
"The five year warranty is our way of demonstrating QC Industries' commitment to quality over the long term. In our eyes, the length of the warranty is directly related to the quality of the conveyor," said Dave Endres, QC Industries' general manager.
QC Industries conveyors are built to withstand the rigors of heavy use in a wide variety of industries. They are built of components created to exacting specifications on state-of-the-art machinery. Belts are pre-tensioned at the factory using a unique eccentric system that ensures proper belt tensioning - even after belt changes. The steel straight-knurl drive pulley is designed to prevent belt wear. QC Industries' lean manufacturing procedures require a rigorous quality inspection process prior to shipping.

In addition to the five year warranty, QC Industries has also worked to reduce customer maintenance costs by moving to Lube-for-Life bearings. The Lube-for-Life bearings make QC Industries' conveyors virtually maintenance free.
