David Kaye, a Silicon Valley technology veteran, has been named sales manager and is leading Propel's efforts and operations in South Africa. Kaye's extensive knowledge of technology and local businesses allows the company to better serve Southern Africa and to meet their need for faster and affordable Internet connectivity.
