Volkmann Promotes Sara Mayerberg to Support Sales Team
Bristol, PA: Process equipment manufacturer Volkmann USA, Bristol, PA (https://www.volkmannusa.com) has named Sara Mayerberg sales assistant. Promoted after three years serving as office clerk, Mayerberg will assist in coordinating sales and marketing activities and will provide administrative support to help maintain the company's track record for dependable customer service with fast, accurate response. The new position was created as part of the company's strategic plan to accommodate increasingly strong demand for its conveying, 3D printing, and other process equipment, according to David Nichols, vice president of sales and marketing. “We've been relying on Sara as a key part of our sales team for a long time,” says Nichols. “This promotion is well-deserved and validates the confidence we've had in her work since she first joined the company as an intern.”
Volkmann USA designs and manufactures explosion-proof pneumatic vacuum conveying systems and companion auxiliary equipment to safely transfer powders, pellets, tablets, and other bulk materials from one point to another in a process. The family-owned company is the North American subsidiary of Volkmann GmbH, Soest, Germany, founded in 1973.
Mayerberg earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Rowan College at Burlington County, Mount Laurel, New Jersey.
