Poised for Continued Growth, ARC Advisory Group Adds Industry Leaders: Jim Caie and Maurice Wilkins Bring Their Best Practice Expertise to ARC


Boston, Massachusetts; June 27, 2006: ARC Advisory Group announces the addition of two industry icons that have joined the company's Research & Consulting team. Jim Caie has joined as VP of Consulting. Jim will be responsible for providing leadership to the ARC Team serving the Automotive and other discrete industries. Dr. Maurice Wilkins will be a Principal Consultant and will work closely with the ARC organization serving our clients in the Process Industries. "We are delighted to have Jim and Maurice join our company. They have spent years solving manufacturing problems and have valuable insights. Before joining ARC, Jim Caie spent over 30 years at General Motors, most recently as Director - Controls, Conveyors, Robotics, and Welding. Jim led GM's efforts to develop and validate common global architectures, stan-dards, and specifications for GM assembly and fabricating plants. His vast experience in plant floor and control systems gives him a unique perspec-tive that will be invaluable in helping other companies face similar challenges. Jim's digital manufacturing knowledge will be a great asset to ARC clients.

Dr. Maurice Wilkins joins ARC from Lyondell Chemical, where he is the Director of Process Automation and Control Systems. In addition, Maurice is the chairman of the World Batch Forum and has been a recognized leader in the batch community. Among other positions, Maurice Wilkins spent over 10 years in management roles at Honeywell.
