PHILADELPHIA, June 20 -- Phoenix Data Systems (PDS) and Trio Clinical Research (Trio) announce the launch of the Four Corners Clinical Alliance, a collaboration of specialized, clinical organizations offering new trial outsourcing alternatives to other clinical organizations.
