Petersen Industries, Inc. Announces Fredrickson Supply as New Dealer
Lake Wales, Florida, January 6, 2011- Petersen Industries, Inc., manufacturer of grapple trucks and bulky waste collection systems, is proud to announce the addition of Fredrickson Supply to their nationwide dealer network. As a new Petersen dealer covering the entire state of Michigan, Fredrickson Supply now includes Lightning Loader® systems in their lineup of sewer, refuse, street sweeping and tractor equipment.
Similar to Petersen Industries, Inc., Fredrickson Supply is a family owned and operated business. Founder Tom Fredrickson opened Fredrickson Supply after a 32 year tenure in the equipment business and now operates two facilities in Michigan. Petersen Industries, Inc. is optimistic that this new collaboration will further increase sales in the state of Michigan.

In the mid 1970's Petersen was asked to design a knuckleboom that could be used for loading bulky trash. The result was a trash loader concept that has been improved and refined over the last 30 years. With the exception of 3 or 4 purchased items, Petersen manufactures all other major components, including most hydraulic cylinders. With complete CNC machining capabilities and fabrication facilities, Petersen is able to control every aspect of schedule and quality control.
