Peco-Inspx Announces Expanded Relationship with Second Pack Machinery as its Distributor in China
Peco-InspX Continues its Rapid Growth in China.
San Carlos, CALIF. (PRWeb) December 31, 2018 -- Peco-InspX is pleased to announce the expansion of the relationship with Second Pack Machinery, its distributor in mainland China. Peco-InspX’s goal is to ensure that all of its customers in China receive the same level of high quality support consistent with the best support practices of the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
To achieve this goal, Peco-Inspx is actively working with Second Pack to train its service engineers to achieve the Peco-Inspx Master Field Engineer Certification. Achieving this certification requires technicians to attend hours of training regarding the installation, operation, and maintenance of Peco’s inspection equipment. The master certification also requires technicians to pass a rigorous exam covering troubleshooting and advanced field service procedures. Additionally, Peco will be making material investments in 2019 to increase its spare parts availability in China.
“China is our most rapidly growing international market and so it is critical that we deploy the resources necessary to scale the business in order to meet our customer base in a manner that is consistent with our high standards. My expectation is that any Peco-InspX customer receives the same level of service whether they be in Wuhan China or the Midwest United States,” commented Peco InspX CEO Rich Cisek. “We’re also increasing our staffing of Mandarin speaking field engineers in our US offices to more readily communicate with our Chinese partners for those times that they need assistance with from the mainland US,” concluded Cisek.
