PATTON Announces Partnership with Alliance-Com in France

Patton Electronics—US manufacturer of UC, cloud, and IoT enabling solutions for carrier, enterprise and industrial networks, strengthens its distribution network in France by partnering with the Alliance-Com network—the national leader in the distribution of unified communication solutions, videoconferencing, pre-wiring and networks.

Today, between the growth of the SIP-based IP-telephony solutions market and the announced end of PSTN services in France, integrators are looking for an ecosystem of recognized vendors with proper local commercial and technical support. To this end, the Alliance-Com network will partner with a recognized industry leader, integrating the entire portfolio of Patton products in order to strengthen its commercial enterprise voice offerings on the French market.

An Ideal Collaboration

As a leading distributor of enterprise telephony solutions, Alliance-Com offers local commercial support to its network of 3,500 systems integrators. Furthermore, Synelyans, Alliance-com’s unified communications cloud provider (UCaaS) will include Patton in its integrated solutions for French SMBs, offering a smooth transition from existing PBX systems to SIP trunking and unified communications technologies.

"We are delighted to have been chosen by the Alliance-com Group, a leader in enterprise VoIP solutions in France, which strengthens our local presence. With the announced termination of PSTN services in 2022, Alliance-com offers a widespread coverage of the French territory. Its regional offices and systems-integrator partners can offer SMBs local support during the critical transition phase to SIP and unified communications" says Roland Leocadio, Sales Director France and Iberia.

Patton selected the Alliance-Com group as a new distributor because of its leadership position in the French enterprise-voice market because of key partnerships with Alcatel-Lucent and Mitel and its ability to offer real technical and commercial added-value to its customers.

"Patton is a recognized global leader in Enterprise VoIP Gateways, eSBCs and IADs, and provides French SMBs with numerous unified communications migration options. Patton's VoIP solutions are already widely deployed in France by more than twenty operators and are a perfect fit with our market demand: providing all the reliability, scalability and performance—along with the local commercial and technical support that we deliver” says Matthieu CHESSARI, Alliance-Com Marketing Director.
