44% Sales Increase Headlines 13th Consecutive Year of Revenue Growth
Houston, TX - February 6, 2007 - PAS, a leading global supplier of software products and consulting services for the process industries, recorded its 13th straight year of year-on-year revenue growth with a 44% increase in product and service sales over 2005.
Especially impressive is PAS' growth when compared to its industry peer group, which recorded flat to slightly increasing revenues while serving the same markets. As before, the ongoing profitable growth allowed the company to continue re-investment at a rate of 20% of annual revenue into new technology development and product enhancement.
The company followed its 2006 growth successes with the divestment of its Advanced Process Control business to Honeywell - allowing it to bring further focus to its #1 Alarm Management and Automation Asset Configuration Management businesses. Key to the unusually strong growth rates of these businesses have been added investments in direct sales & marketing efforts, as well as the development of select reseller partners.
