OSI Systems Receives $5 Million Order for Eagle Rail Inspection Scanner


HAWTHORNE, Calif., Aug 26, 2010 - OSI Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:OSIS), a vertically-integrated provider of specialized electronic products for critical applications in the Security and Healthcare industries, today announced that its security division, Rapiscan Systems, has been awarded a contract for approximately $5 million to provide a state of the art Eagle® Rail Inspection Scanner and associated construction and civil works to an Eastern European customer.
