TAB Industries Donation Supports Reading, PA Small Businesses 

Reading, PA: Orbital wrapper manufacturer TAB Industries, LLC, Reading, Pa. (www.tabwrapper.com), recently hosted its annual Employee Appreciation Day to recognize the significant contributions of its staff in driving the company's continued growth, even while enduring a global pandemic. The socially distanced event featured a barbecue lunch with picnic baskets purchased in support of local restaurants, food manufacturers and distributors, bakeries, farmers, and other small business members of the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance (GRCA), Reading, Pa. 

In prior years, the company hosted the event at Reading Phillies minor league baseball games, opening the occasion to employees and their families. “In trying times like these, every business owner realizes his or her company's success relies almost entirely on the dedication of staff and their willingness to show up and get the job done,” says Andy Brizek, vice president of sales and marketing. “The Employee Appreciation Day creates an opportunity to stop and show the gratitude that's always in our hearts but sometimes gets overshadowed by the frenzy of running a growing business.”
