Optimation Certified to ISO 9001:2015 Standard
ROCHESTER, N.Y., August 8, 2017 - Optimation announced today that it has received the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification. The ISO standard specifies requirements for organizations of any type to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide services and products that consistently meet client requirements and aim to enhance customer satisfaction through application and improvement of the quality management system.
“We have been continuously registered to ISO-9001 for over 20 years. But the new standard provided changes and upgrades to our quality system. We are proud to have passed the audit without any non-conformities,” said Bill Pollock, Optimation president and CEO.
Founded in 1985 as a systems integrator, Optimation has been registered to ISO-9001 since 1994. Since acquiring skilled trades service groups from Eastman Kodak Company in 2006, Optimation has developed into a provider of complete industrial and manufacturing solutions from conceptual design to fabrication, installation and maintenance.
