Open Apprenticeship Day - Momentum Towards the Future!

Apprenticeships have always been crucial to Flottweg. That's why, on July 9, 2016, students, parents, and other interested people will have the opportunity to learn more about an apprenticeship at Flottweg at the Vilsbiburg plant. The focus of the Open Apprenticeship Day is the new teaching workshop, which has been extensively renovated this year.

Since 1946, Flottweg has maintained its own teaching workshop for training to give their apprentices a practical introduction to their skills. Drilling, milling, cutting, filing, pneumatics, CNC turning and welding are just part of the content that up-and- coming industrial mechanical technicians and mechatronics technicians are taught. This gives apprentices the opportunity to do practical work right from Day One. And our trainers are always at their side with advice and help.

Whether industrial mechanical technicians or mechatronics technicians – we try to give our apprentices the best possible start in their future careers. We pass our knowledge of decanters, separators, belt presses, and systems for solid/liquid separation down from generation to generation. Because Flottweg prefers to train its own apprentices.
